📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute communication strategies to support business objectives.,Manage and optimize communication channels, including email, social media, and internal messaging.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.,Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.,Create and distribute newsletters, reports, and other internal communications.,Assist in planning and executing events, including webinars, conferences, and product launches.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.,Support the development and implementation of communication plans for new products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a communication or marketing role.,Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Experience with CRM systems is a plus.,Familiarity with payment processing and financial technology is a bonus.
