📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of all poultry facilities, including barns, feed mills, and processing plants.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all equipment.
• Implement and maintain best practices in facility maintenance to ensure the health and safety of the poultry.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
• Work closely with the farm's management to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with the farm's operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry maintenance, with a strong focus on facility maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Certification in poultry facility maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Familiarity with Indonesian poultry farming regulations and best practices.
