📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and process credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Verify customer information and conduct credit checks using CMS and other relevant tools.
• Manage and update credit files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve credit-related issues and queries.
• Monitor credit portfolios and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on credit administration activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their credit-related inquiries.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit administration or a similar role.
