📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines, including but not limited to, Bosch, Arburg, and Engel machines.
• Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to ensure smooth production.
• Conduct quality checks on molded parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in injection molding.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding maintenance and repair.
• Proven track record of maintaining high machine uptime and productivity.
• Familiarity with Bosch, Arburg, and Engel injection molding machines is a plus.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine tooling is a plus.
• Understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Valid certification in injection molding technology or related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
