Hokian Budi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, and be able to ensure that our products are stored, transported, and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and reported, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and processing of goods.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and systems to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, and to set and achieve performance targets.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
