📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to trainers.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
