📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough job analysis to understand the specific needs of each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure our recruitment efforts are effective.,Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of local job market and industry trends in Jambi.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
