📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the restaurant.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Ensure that the restaurant is meeting all legal and regulatory requirements.,Work with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant, including increasing sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
