📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure proper control of cash flow.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
