📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and international standards (IFRS).,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
