Food Zone Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and following all company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the restaurant, both internally and externally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to ensure the continued success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar-sized restaurant.,Proven track record of success in managing staff, operations, and finances.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and the ability to ensure that all staff are following these regulations.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other department heads and managers.
