📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
