📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.

Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
