📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
