📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Coordinate with Japanese suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth trade operations.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to support business growth.
  • Provide support to the procurement team in managing inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and international trade.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement administration, preferably in EXIM processes.
  • Fluent in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
