📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure it is used effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in creating and delivering e-learning modules.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
