Asia Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our dynamic team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities, including tracking shipments and managing inventory.,Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the logistics industry.,Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and productive work environment.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the company.,Assist in the organization and execution of logistics events, such as workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics-related role, preferably in a warehouse, transportation, or inventory management setting.,Strong knowledge of logistics principles, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.,Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as the role may require occasional travel and transportation of goods.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required, with proficiency in English being an advantage.
