As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to meet our company's needs. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, you will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make data-driven hiring decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and facilitate interviews.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday or Greenhouse to manage the recruitment workflow.
• Provide regular reports to management on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
