📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee large-scale tin and mineral mining operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Lead a team of mining engineers, geologists, and environmental specialists in planning, executing, and optimizing mining activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Conduct feasibility studies and exploration projects to identify new mining opportunities.
• Manage the mine closure process, ensuring all environmental and regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and technologies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Represent the company in industry forums and stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record in managing large-scale mining projects.
• Certification in environmental management, such as ISO 14001 or similar, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as Vulcan, Datamine, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with mining regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote mining sites.
