📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control access to the warehouse premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles are allowed entry.
• Verify and validate all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
• Record and report all inventory transactions using our in-house inventory management system.
• Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and security of inventory data.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless and efficient inventory movements.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance and support to the warehouse team as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gate Keeper or similar role in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 kg.
