📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
