📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food items.,Prepare ingredients and garnishes for dishes.,Assist in food presentation and plating.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff.,Participate in inventory checks and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
