PT Property Maha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will need to have a strong understanding of the medical field and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with our target audience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through various channels, such as presentations, samples, and promotional materials.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and medical field.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other relevant events.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or medical representative role.,Strong understanding of the medical field and pharmaceutical products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
