📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide expert advice and guidance to the pathology department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Develop and implement strategies to improve laboratory operations, quality control, and patient safety.Educate and train staff on new technologies, methodologies, and quality improvement initiatives.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to diagnose and manage complex cases.Participate in research activities and contribute to the development of new diagnostic tools and protocols.Monitor and evaluate laboratory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Represent NHG at industry conferences, workshops, and professional meetings.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all laboratory activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Pathology or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pathology consulting or a similar role.Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Certification in a relevant professional organization (e.g., American Society for Clinical Pathology, College of American Pathologists) is a plus.Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.🛠️ Keahlian
