📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date job postings.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the best fit for our team.
  • Coordinate with managers and HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide recruitment-related training and support to managers and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
