We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Raya. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our supply chain operations and grow within a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Support the procurement team in identifying and evaluating new suppliers.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for supply chain performance.,Participate in inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy.,Provide support in the development and maintenance of supply chain documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or related roles.,Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
