📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing the hotel's daily operations.,Provide excellent guest service and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.,Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Ensure all hotel facilities and amenities are well-maintained and functional.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and service requests.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of hotel services.,Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
